Our
detached villa - La Sella, Denia
Comfortably sleeping 4 people, our modern detached villa is located
in its own private garden within the quiet, well maintained and exclusive
development of La Sella.
In a beautiful location with views
towards Montgo National Park, the villa also offers access
to a 36 hole Golf Course (10 minutes), a Tennis Centre, Riding Stables,
Restaurants, Pharmacy
and Internet Office (all within 5 minutes walk) and choice of fabulous swimming pools
(2 minute walk).
La Sella is only 15 minutes drive from the sandy beaches, shops
and restaurants of Denia and Javea.
Bedrooms:
2 bedrooms with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and
ceiling fans.

Newly built with shower, wc and wash basin
Family Bathroom:
Newly refurbished with shower, wc and wash basin
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with oven, hob, extractor hood,
fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave & toaster.
Enclosed utility area/sun room:
Washing machine, iron, ironing board and airer.
Living rooms:
Lounge with Satellite TV, DVD/CD. Sofa (converts
to double sofa bed), armchairs & coffee tables. Dining area with table,
6 chairs & Welsh dresser
plus various games and books.
Terrace:
A large terrace ideal for al fresco dining with
views to Montgo National Park.
Garden:
The private garden has a large patio area for
sunbathing. There are also a number of shady areas ideal for siesta times.
Pools:
Access key provided to fabulous pools including
one multi-level cascading – 2 minutes walk.
Cleaning / linen / towels:
Bed linen and towels (bath/hand not beach) are provided and changed weekly
with cleaning if required.
Notes on accommodation:
The accommodation at the villa
is on one level accessed via steps. Garden chairs,
tables, umbrella and loungers are provided. Bedrooms
have ceiling fans and electric heaters are available
for cooler winter evenings. Sorry, pets not allowed.
Activities
Linking with our outdoor activity company, tennis, guided walking, mountain biking,
sea kayaking, canyoning, caving and other mountain pursuits can be organised.
For those renting the villa, discounts are available for activities booked with
us, but book early to avoid disappointment!
Outside of the above activities, the area boasts a host of attractions for all
the family including Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia (water world) Mundomar
(sea world) and safari parks within a short drive. The villa contains information
on many other attractions with contact and access details.

Where the villa is located
Our villa is easily accessed from both Alicante
and Valencia airports on the AP7 motorway. Detailed travel information
is provided at time of booking..
Notes on prices
The prices shown are for the property described per week in Euros
inclusive of water and electricity.
Last minute rentals may be available.
Changeover day
Rentals are available Saturday to Saturday, but may be flexible in the
low season. The villa is available
from 4pm on arrival day and vacation is required by 10am on the departure
day to allow time for servicing.
Booking notes
150 Euros holding deposit payable at time of booking with balance
payable 6 weeks before arrival.
A refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is also required
to be paid with the balance.
It is possible to book a Two Centre Break to combine
the best of both worlds - mountains and coast.
For those guests booking a week’s activity
holiday based in the mountains at Pension Castells, perhaps walking
or mountain biking, we offer 10 per cent discount on the second week
of your holiday based at our villa in La Sella with the cost of transfers
from centre to centre included.
