Terms & Conditions

Payment
A 10% deposit per person is required to secure your booking. The final balance must be paid at least six weeks prior to departure. If not received, we reserve the right to consider your booking cancelled. If any cheque is dishonoured, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of 25 Euros.

Booking
Your holiday is confirmed when we receive your completed booking form/full information and deposit. Please note that after we have sent our Confirmation of Booking, no further reminders will be sent for the balance due.

Your Contract
A binding contract between us comes into existence when we despatch our Confirmation of Booking.

Cancellation
Cancellations must be received in writing. In all cases the deposit will be forfeited. The following charges apply should cancellation be within 6 weeks of departure:
42-29 days: 50% of total cost
28-15 days: 70% of total cost
14 days: 100% of total cost

Special Requirements
Any special requirements should be clearly noted when making your booking. Similarly, should you have any medical conditions which may affect your holiday, you must advise us in writing at the time of booking, giving full details.

Travel
Whilst we can offer advice, we are not responsible for your travel arrangements, except the airport transfers in Spain where included.

Insurance
It is advisable that you take out insurance that will be adequate to cover all anticipated activities during your stay with us. Copies of your insurance policy information and cover details will be required prior to taking part in any guided activities with us. We also strongly recommend that you obtain an E111 medical form which should be carried at all times.

Personal Injury
We accept no liability for the death of, or personal injury, to any persons on their holidays, nor for any loss or damage resulting therefrom unless caused by the proven negligence of Pension Castells or its servants. We accept no responsibility for strikes, war, sickness, acts of God etc. over which we have no control. In completing the booking form you agree to abide by the decisions of the group leader who represents Pension Castells.

If you commit any crime, or behave in a way as to endanger the safety and welfare of yourself or other party members, we have the right to terminate any further contractual obligation. In this event, no refund will be paid.
